Anthony Joshua accepts December fight with Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua has accepted the terms for a fight in December – against Tyson Fury, his management company confirmed.
In a tweet, 285 MGT said it and Matchroom Boxing had “accepted all terms” by Fury’s team on Friday. The date suggested at the moment is Saturday 3 December.
Fury had recently challenged Joshua to a long-awaited all-British showdown and offered him a 60-40 purse.
The news came after it emerged that a clash against Oleksandr Usyk was unlikely to happen before 2023.
